What form of payment does PNWSpringmeet accept?
 PNWSpringmeet accepts PayPal and will ONLY ship to the confirmed address in the PayPal account.

How much does shipping cost?
 PNWSpringmeet has flat rate shipping costs for each individual item marked for Domestic and International orders.

When will my order arrive?
Please allow 5-7 business days for order processing and delivery. All items ship using US Postal Service. A tracking number maybe provided for all orders except sticker and international.

I changed my mind. Can I get a refund or make an exchange?
We do not accept returns for refunds, credits, or exchanges. All sales are FINAL. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order prior to finalizing your purchase.

I do not live in the U.S.A. Can I order online?
Yes. PNWSpringmeet can take international orders. Any country outside of the USA and Hawaii must choose the international shipping option when ordering. If the proper shipping option was not chosen your order will not go out and will be held on hold.

I placed a successful order but why didn’t I receive a confirmation/tracking email yet?
You will receive a receipt for your order from Paypal.com and tracking info will be emailed to the email that was used for the payment.

I ordered the wrong size/color/style. Can I exchange it for another size/color/style? Sorry all sales are final. Please make sure you have all of your selections correct before placing your order.

How do I go about getting a wholesale or bulk order discount?
